At DFO Essendon we are committed to offering the total shopping experience and provide the following services to make your time at Direct Factory Outlets enjoyable.

Free Parking
Car parking at DFO Essendon is free with ample ground level parking.

Food Courts and Cafes
There are two food courts at DFO Essendon offering customers many food choices. Whether you're after a quick bite, coffee and cake or a full meal, our food outlets have something to suit all tastes. The main food court is open from 9.30am on weekdays and weekends.

Bus Tours
We are happy to welcome bus tour groups to DFO Essendon. Bookings are essential and should be made through our Centre Management office by calling (03) 9937 7222 or Click here to download a Bus Tour Booking Request Form to complete and fax to (03) 9937 7233. DFO will donate a gift basket to groups of 30 or more raising money for charity.

ATM Facilities
We have four ATM facilities located around the centre.

Credit Cards
Most major credit cards are accepted in stores. However, we recommend you check with individual stores prior to purchase.

Parents' Rooms
All of our toilet areas offer separate parents rooms with microwaves and change tables.
